Boots' 'luxurious' designer perfume that 'lasts all day' slashed to cheapest price yet - while it's £88 at Superdrug

Boots customers are rushing to buy a bottle of designer perfume that has been reduced by £48.50 ahead of Christmas. The YSL perfume, which has become a cult scent staple amongst beauty buffs, has been described by some as 'luxurious and long-lasting', and now it's the cheapest price we have seen it.
Normally £97 for a full-size 50ml bottle, YSL's Black Opium Eau de Parfum Extreme has been slashed to £48.50 for a limited time as one of Boots' Star Gifts. Meanwhile it is £88 at Superdrug, and £97 at the Perfume Shop.
The designer YSL fragrance has received an overall rating of 4.8 stars from more than 2,000 reviews on the Boots website, with fans of the perfume praising its 'long lasting' ability and captivating, unique scent. The Eau de Parfum Extreme takes Black Opium’s original captivating floral gourmand scent to a new, intense level.

Extra black coffee, for vigour and vitality, is paired with luminous ultra-white flowers, set against a base of sweet, earthy patchouli and heady vanilla. It promises to make for an intense and long-lasting women’s scent that challenges gender stereotypes in fragrances.
It has base notes of black coffee accord, vanilla accord, patchouli essence, tonka bean. The middle notes feature orange blossom absolute, jasmine absolute, while pear accord, mandarin essence, cherry accord make up the top notes.
