Blink-182‘s Mark Hoppus surprised Tom DeLonge before their recent show in the Netherlands by listening to songs by his other band Angels & Airwaves.In a live video on Hoppus’ Instagram, which you can view below, the bassist grabbed the band’s co-vocalist and guitarist before they hit the stage at the Ziggo Dome earlier this week, to show him what he was getting warmed up to.“Let’s see if he can recognise what I’m playing in my dressing room,” Hoppus tells the camera, before DeLonge replies, “It’s probably gonna be, like, Baby Shark?”As they walk into Hoppus’ dressing room, DeLonge clocks that his bandmate is listening to AVA’s 2006 single ‘The Adventure’.Mark listening to Angels & Airwaves to get pumped up for tonight’s blink-182 show!

Blink-182 played their new song ‘Dance With Me’ for the first time in Bologna, Italy last night (October 6) – check it out below.The track was released earlier this week as the fourth single to be taken from their upcoming LP ‘One More Time…‘ which is set to land on October 20. Blink-182 have paid homage to the legendary New York rock band the Ramones in the video for their latest single ‘Dance With Me’.The track is a fresh take on a classic Blink song packed with a tapping guitar riff, heavy drums and catchy, anthemic lyrics such as: “Olé, Olé. Olé, Olé, Olé, Olé / Yeah / We’re doing it all night long“.Directed by The Malloys, the song’s accompanying video is billed as a love letter to the famous New York punks – one of Blink’s favourite bands – and sees Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker dressed up in Ramones cosplay.

Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has revealed that he has tested positive for COVID ahead of the band’s European tour dates that begin this week.The band will play Lisbon’s Altice Arena on Sunday (October 2) as the first in a new run of dates on the continent as part of their ongoing reunion tour.Ahead of the dates beginning, Barker took to Instagram on Friday (September 22) to share a photo of a positive COVID test.The band and venue have yet to share any official information regarding the Lisbon show or any future gigs.It comes after Barker returned to the tour this month following after his wife Kourtney Kardashian underwent “life-threatening emergency surgery” for their unborn baby.

Blink-182 have announced the release date for their highly-anticipated new album ‘One More Time…’The record will mark the first time the classic line-up – consisting of vocalist and bassist, Mark Hoppus, guitarist Tom DeLonge and drummer Travis Barker – have released a new album together since 2011’s ‘Neighborhoods‘, following on from last year’s single ‘Edging‘.To announce the album, the trio released a trailer featuring clips from their upcoming interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe and archival clips from the band’s extensive career. The trailer also teased three new tracks from the album such as ‘Anthem Part 3’, ‘You Don’t Know What You’ve Got’ and the title track ‘One More Time’ – which is set for release on Thursday September 21.In the trailer, the band open up about Hoppus’ lymphoma cancer diagnosis and explain that it is what inspired DeLonge to rejoin the band.

The person in question had made a cardboard sign that read: “Can I have a drumstick?”Footage posted on Barker’s official TikTok profile sees the musician walk out of the venue before handing over a pair of drumsticks to the fan.

Travis Barker returned to Blink-182‘s European tour last night (September 8) after he was forced to fly home from the band’s UK and Ireland tour.The drummer returned for the band’s first show back in Antwerp in Belgium days after his wife Kourtney Kardashian underwent “life-threatening emergency surgery” for their unborn baby.Ahead of the show, Barker took to Instagram to post a video of himself, captioned: “1st day of tour,” which showed him walking to greet fans with a pair of drumsticks.He then handed his sticks to a delighted fan.
