Blackpool Air Show is returning this weekend, promising two days of mesmerising aerial displays. On August 12 and 13 crowds will gather along the promenade to watch an impressive range of aircraft taking to the skies.
This year the famous Red-Arrows will make an appearance on both days, performing their iconic aerobatic displays. The lineup will also feature a Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and spectacular stunts from wing-walkers.
Thousands are expected to line the seafront for the two-day event, which is completely free to attend. As well as the performances in the skies, visitors can explore the Air Show Village, which will feature a range of stalls, attractions and food concessions.

The aerobatic displays will take place above the stretch between North and Central Pier, flying over the Tower Festival Headland and the tower itself. For the best views secure a spot on the promenade between the two piers.
The Air Show Village can be found on the Tower Festival Headland and will be open from 10am until 6pm on both days. There will be a selection of activities, stalls and attractions.
Visitors will even get the chance to climb inside the cockpit of a life-sized replica of an RAF Hawk jet, which will be situated between the RNLI and Central
