Black Mirror has been renewed for a seventh season by Netflix!
Charlie Brooker‘s hit science fiction show returned in 2023 after being on hiatus for over four years. Season 6 had five episodes with actors including Salma Hayek, Annie Murphy, Aaron Paul, Josh Hartnett, Kate Mara, and more.

Season 7 will allegedly begin filming later this year, Variety reports, with Charlie, Annabel Jones and Jessica Rhodes all returning to produce.
Casting has not been announced at this time and there’s no plot details released at this time either. There was no timetable given for a release date, either.

Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer has been confirmed for a theatrical release in Japan. Although it did not specify an exact date, local distributor Bitters End said today that the biographical epic will be in Japanese cinemas in 2024. The decision was made “following months of thoughtful dialogue associated with the subject matter and acknowledging the particular sensitivity for us Japanese,” Bitters End said in a statement (read it in full below.)

Valerie Wu Intern Reality dance competition series “So You Think You Can Dance” has been renewed for Season 18 at Fox. The show will return on March 4, 2024 with an all-new documentary style format along with new judges Alison Holker and Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Holker was formerly a contestant on the series, and was married to the late Stephen “tWitch” Boss, who was himself a contestant and judge on the series.
So You Think You Can Dance has been officially renewed for Season 18 on Fox and it’s returning with a new set of judges.

The first two seasons aired on Amazon‘s Freevee, but Season 3 will debut on sister streamer Prime Video in 2024 instead. The move is significant, as “Leverage: Redemption,” a revival of the TNT series “Leverage,” was one of the major scripted titles available on Freevee.
Selome Hailu Max has renewed “Adventure Time: Fionna and Cake” for a second season. A spinoff of “Adventure Time,” which ran on Cartoon Network from 2010 to 2018, the series follows Fionna (Madeleine Martin) and her sidekick, Cake (Roz Ryan), who find themselves in the crosshairs of a powerful new foe, leaving them with no choice but to seek the help of Simon Petrikov, the former Ice King (Tom Kenny).
