Big Brother contestants Henry Southan and Zak Srakaew will be the next housemates to face the public vote ahead of the second live eviction of the series. During Wednesday’s episode of the ITV2 show, 18 October, it was revealed that the pair had received the most nominations from their fellow housemates. Following the revelation, their loved ones have spoken out, sharing an insight into what they’ve been thinking as they watch from home.
Henry's mum Suzy opened up on what it's like to watch her son in the Big Brother house, and what she think's of his close bond with Jordan Sangha... What did you think when Henry told you he was going into the House? We’ve always been supportive of Henry in whatever he wants to do really. We had lots of discussions about it and it was something he really wanted to do, so I was just there to support him really.
How are you feeling that Henry is up? I mean, at the beginning of this week I was thinking, I'm missing him and I want him back, you know, because we're very close and he calls me twice a day. So I was kind of missing him, but then yesterday when he was up for the eviction, that took me by surprise because I didn't think he would have been up. I was obviously just upset because he was upset.
How do you think Henry will be feeling right now? I think he'll be fine today. I think he may have got his head around the fact that he might be out on Friday, so that's good. I think he's prepared himself for that.
And then if he were to stay he'd obviously be delighted. I think with Henry he’ll be like, if it does happen, it does. If it doesn't, it doesn't.
