Britain's Got Talent viewers got all emotional as they spotted a moment between one of the young acts and the judges during the live final. The ITV talent show came to a spectacular end on Sunday night (June 5) following a week of live semi-final shows.

After a night's break, the Britain's Got Talent final is finally here. In the last week fans of the ITV talent show have been treated to five live semi-final shows as the acts were whittled down.

Amanda Holden proved she's the true queen of style after she channeled Ginger Spice from the Spice Girls with one of Geri Halliwell's most iconic looks during the last Britain's Got Talent semi-final. Donning the incredible outfit in honour of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee this weekend, the 51 year old judge showed she's a fashion icon as she entered the studio with a beaming grin on her face. With her blonde tresses wavy and loose, she wore a tiara and sparkly makeup as she strolled in in a red sequinned body con dress.

David Walliams has explained why he uses a different chair to his co-judges on Britain’s Got Talent.The 2022 live semi-finals kicked off on Monday 30 May and eagle-eyed viewers were quick to notice that David, 50, had a different chair to his co-judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden.Taking to Twitter, one person said: "#bgt has anyone else noticed that David is sitting in a different chair to the rest of the judges? Why is that." While a different account added: "I noticed that too! I'm not sure why he's sitting in a different chair, but I'm curious to find out!" However, David has explained the reason why he has a different chair to his co-judges, revealing that it is to do with a past back operation.Tweeting back in 2018, the star wrote: "For those of you who want to know why I have different chair to the other judges on @BGT it is because I had a back operation to remove a disc after my Thames swim for @sportrelief and so need to sit on chairs that are specially designed for people with back problems." David took part in Sport Relief in 2011, where he swam the length of the River Thames, which is around 140 miles.

Ant and Dec were left shocked as Britain’s Got Talent performer Ben Nickless performed impressions of the pair, as the impressionist made it into the final of the talent show. During Tuesday evening’s semi-final comedian Ben returned with a new routine that featured impressions of celebrities. As the comedian ran through impressions of various stars set to a song from The Greatest Showman, Ant and Dec were left gobsmacked when Ben suddenly broke into impressions of the presenters.

Simon Cowell has explained why he covered his ears during the opening of Britain's Got Talent's 2022 live semi-finals on Monday 30 May. During the opening scenes, the cast of Moulin Rouge! The Musical put on a spectacular performance with even hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly joining in, although it resulted in Ant getting stuck in his chair.

Britain's Got Talent is known for its weird and wonderful talent as well as its controversial moments, and it appears the first live show hasn't escaped criticism from viewers. The ITV talent show returned to screens on Monday night (May 30) for the first of five semi-final shows.

Creepy act The Witches returned to Britain's Got Talent to terrify the judges, and chaotic scenes ensued as Amanda Holden went 'missing' after being chased with a rat. The stooped witchy character, who in the audition stage terrified Amanda by crushing an apple into a ball of maggots, was back with another bag of tricks.
