The BBC has released a new teaser for its upcoming series of Waterloo Road, revealing when fans will be able to catch the new look school drama.
The broadcaster confirmed back in September last year that it would be bringing back the much-loved series, which ran for 200 episodes over nine years from 2006. Fans were hopeful that the show would return before 2022 is out after returning star Katie Griffiths, who plays Chlo Grainger, shared reunion snaps on her Instagram in January this year, writing in the caption: "Coming to @bbciplayer later this year."

Underneath, it said: "Coming early 2023 to BBC One and BBC iPlayer".

But fans are now eagerly waiting for the day the series finally returns. ucrafti said: "I’m watching them all now ready for next year," while
