For fans of the BBC dance competition, every weekend from now until mid-December will be marked by the glitz and glamour of the ballroom, the biting comments of notoriously tough judge Craig Revel Horwood, charming hosting by Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly, and the tension of Sunday night results shows. Dianne, 34, is a former Australian Open champion and four-time Amateur Australian Open finalist. She and her brother, Andrew Buswell, were Western Australian Open Adult New Vogue champions for 2008 and 2010.
She also appeared on So You Think You Can Dance Australia. In 2015, she was a professional dancer on the fifteenth season of Australia's Dancing with the Stars. In 2017 she joined BBC's Strictly, with her first partner on the show being Reverend Richard Coles.
They were the second couple eliminated on the series.
Dianne has also been paired with the likes of Joe Sugg, DJ Dev Griffin, Max George, Robert Webb and Tyler West. As well as Strictly, Dianne has a successful social media career after starting a YouTube channel in March 2019. In December of that year, she was named as the UK's most-subscribed new YouTuber of 2019.
