Love Island's Zara McDermott has given a health update from her hospital bed as she reveals she's had a 'little procedure'.

Zara McDermott has said she is ready for a "chilled" Christmas after undergoing a mystery medical procedure, which saw her spend time in hospital. The Strictly Come Dancing star, 27, who has been busy celebrating her birthday, took to her Instagram Stories to reveal she underwent a "little procedure" on Monday, 18 December.
