Layton Williams had a one-word response to his fans as they defended him amid backlash over his Celebrity Big Brother appearance alongside housemate Ekin-Su Culculoglu. The Strictly Come Dancing star had been the week's 'Celebrity House Guest' on spin-off Late and Live.
And following Friday night's (March 15) double eviction, which saw former Love Island winner Ekin-Su leave behind businessman and Dragons' Den alumni Levi Roots, Layton didn't hold back after Ekin-Su claimed that Marisha Wallace showed her "true colours" during the earlier face-to-face nominations and ther her aim was to "win the show the whole time".
Actor and West End star Layton immediately hit back: "I'm not sure about that... Marisha had to pick someone and she picked you, just like you did with Louis. But Louis squashed it and kept it moving and unfortunately, you dragged it on. This was her big day. She had just been told she was nominated for an Olivier Award and to see her crying..."

But Ekin-Su interjected: "You haven't seen everything. They've cut stuff out, but okay." Layton was again quick to hit back at Ekin-Su, saying: "We're not going to blame it on the edit." He fumed: "One thing we're not going to do is blame it on the edit. We see what we see and it was just a shame."
Viewers, however, have been left divided over the scenes with some agreeing with Layton and others defending Ekin-Su from when they felt was an unfair appearance on the ITV reality show's spin-off.
