BBC's Beyond Paradise has teased a dramatic series finale, with Humphrey Goodman, played by Kris Marshall, facing a pivotal moment.
As the final episode approaches, viewers have been given a sneak peek into what to expect as Humphrey Goodman and Martha Lloyd, portrayed by Sally Bretton, are on the brink of their wedding day.
Anne Lloyd, dealing with her own recent split, is determined to pour her efforts into ensuring her daughter's wedding is perfect.
An exclusive clip released by the Mirror shows Margot, Esther, and Kelby reviewing the Station Review they've sent to headquarters.
The team is anxious about the potential closure of their local Shipton Abbott police station, which could result in them losing their jobs or being reassigned, the Mirror reports.
The colleagues also rib Kelby about his infatuation with the Chief Superintendent. Meanwhile, Humphrey is busy with wedding plans to marry Martha.
However, with a crime disrupting the peace, it remains to be seen if the couple's nuptials will go off without a hitch.
Kris Marshall, who brings Humphrey to life, commented on the precarious future of the Shipton Abbott station, saying: "As a small fishing village police station house, they are under the same constraints as many other branches where people feel the world has moved on and everything can be done via computer and CCTV."
