Ivan Toney has broken his silence about his betting ban from football, describing it as his 'lowest point' in an exclusive interview. The Brentford striker was the latest guest for the popular podcast Diary of a CEO hosted by entrepreneur Steven Bartlett.

“It was kind of like ‘why’d you bring it out then, and then punish me at the end of the season?'”
When Bartlett asked Toney if he believes the news was reported to prevent him from going to the World Cup, the 27-year-old agreed and said: ”I assume so, and to make it a bigger story, personally anyway. I don’t know if it’s true, I’m not to know what’s behind the scenes but I feel like if
