A much-loved burger and wing restaurant and takeaway is setting up shop in Stockport town centre. Bun and Bones Club are moving from their site in Hazel Grove to the kitchen of Doctor Feelgood - a bar and live music venue on the Market Place.
Having outgrown its current premises, owners of Bun and Bones Club had been on the hunt for a full size unit that they could build a sit-down restaurant in. Fortuitously, Dr Feelgood located in Stockport’s Old Town were looking to rent out their kitchen as they focused more on the live music aspect of their bar.
Taking to social media to announce the news, owners of the takeaway wrote: “As most of our customers are aware we have outgrown our current premises in Hazel Grove. We have spent the last six months on the hunt for a full size unit that we can build a sit down restaurant in.

“This has proven harder than we thought! Our current lease has come to an end and we didn’t want to continue a lease on a place that is too small so we will be taking over the kitchen at Dr Feelgood on Stockport Market Place for the time being.
“We are looking at opening at the start of September. This won’t have much of an effect on takeaway and delivery but me and the team are so excited to be able to offer to eat in again after a two and half year hiatus.
