ASCAP Establishes Peggy Lee Award for Independent Songwriters

Love is in the air of the Republic of Korea and the Kingdom of Corea courtesy Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun. Through the last few episodes aired, love is blooming between Lee Gon and Jung Tae‑eul as they juggle between the two universe. While their adorable moments have been winning hearts, it seems like the couple is ready to take their relationship to the next level. The trailer of King: Eternal Monarch of episode 9 has spilled the beans on their love story.

Even though the TRP for The King: Eternal Monarch have slumped over the weeks, fans still can't get enough of Lee Min-ho's charming act in The King: Eternal Monarch, For those who have yet to catch up on the romance fantasy, Min-ho plays Lee Gon, the king of the kingdom of Corea, who with the help Jung Tae-eul (Kim Go-eun), a police inspector, goes back and forth between two parallel worlds to avenge the death of his father and previous king, who was assassinated by Lee Rim (Lee Jung-jin), Gon's

Spike Lee has released a new short film. New York, New York is a three-and-a-half-minute clip that's available to stream on Instagram. Soundtracked by Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York," the short film travels around the city in the midst of lockdown, from a deserted Rockaway beach to an empty Yankee Stadium via Wall Street and Grand Central Station.

Since getting her start through a chance meeting with Gucci Mane, Atlanta-based audio engineer Kesha Lee has worked on chart-toppers like Childish Gambino’s “This Is America” and Migos’ “Bad and Boujee,” and is now the go-to audio engineer for rappers including Playboi Carti and Lil Uzi Vert.

The sixth episode of The King: Eternal Monarch featured a war sequence between the Kingdom of Corea and Japan. The subplot unfolded to convey that the Japanese warships breached into Corea's waters and paved the way to war. The battle also saw Lee Min-Ho dressed up in a crisp white uniform to lead the navy. While fans couldn't stop gushing over the actor's look, many viewers were enraged by the battleship in the naval war shown in the parallel universe on the episode. 

The King: Eternal Monarch released its 5th and 6th episodes over the weekend. The two episodes unfolded several subplots. This included Jung Tae Eul riding her way into Lee Gon's universe on the white horse, roaming around the streets of Seoul in the Kingdom of Corea, a war between Corea and Japan, a glimpse at Lee Rim's plans and the romance between Gon and Tae Eul finally blooming. While there are several talking points, Twitter managed to point a reference and lost their minds over it.

The King: Eternal Monarch premiered over the weekend. The Korean drama show saw the return of Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun to the small screen after a mini-hiatus. The two episodes set the premise of the show. The show revolves around two parallel universes. Min Ho plays a handsome Emperor, Lee Gon, the third generation emperor of Korea. Go Eun takes on the role of detective Jung Tae Eul. During the first episode, the show revealed Lee Gon was attacked as a child. 

After an incredibly popular debut season, the popular local reality show ‘Die Kontrak’ is moving to eTV and is shaking up the presenter line-up as the second season prepares for its debut later this year.
