Armed robbers stabbed a man in the chest and leg before stealing his 20-year-old Ford Focus said to be worth 'about £300'. Police say the victim is in a critical condition in hospital following the apparent car jacking in Trafford on Friday.
It's understood he was visiting a friend when he was attacked by two men next to a trampoline in the front garden of a block of flats at the junction of Moss Lane and Central Road in Partington. The suspects then fled along Central Road in the stolen Ford. Speaking on Sunday morning, a neighbour described the scene in the immediate aftermath of the attack.
