Cheryl Burke and Matthew Lawrence are officially divorced. According to the court document obtained by ET, the former spouses have reached the end of their divorce proceedings, which began when the 38-year-old pro filed on Valentine's Day. The divorce was finalized on Monday, marking the official end to their three-year marriage. The document reveals that the subject of custody for their dog, Ysabella, remains undecided but the exes are sticking to their premarital agreement.

As the "Rust" shooting investigation continues, a Los Angeles judge on Friday dismissed claims of assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress against the producers of the principal production company.  The action comes after Alec Baldwin fired a gun while practicing a shot for the film "Rust" on a New Mexico movie set Oct. 21, resulting in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.The group had been rehearsing in a small church on the set.

A Los Angeles judge has dismissed the primary claims of assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress against the producers of “Rust” in a civil lawsuit from the film’s script supervisor, Mamie Mitchell.In a hearing on Friday via multiple media reports, a judge tossed both of the main claims against Rust Movie Productions, Thomasville Pictures, Ryan Smith and Langley Cheney, writing that it was not possible for them to know that Alec Baldwin would shoot the gun that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. The producers have previously argued in civil court and in contesting a fine from the New Mexico Occupational Health and Safety Bureau that they were not responsible for supervising the set and merely financed the film.
