Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly will lead the star-studded attendees at King Charles' Coronation on 6 May, it has been revealed. The TV presenters are among the 2,000 guests to receive an invite to King Charles III and Camilla's crowning on Saturday at Westminster Abbey, with members of the Royal Family, heads of state and charity champions are set to be in the crowd.
Ant and Dec aren't the only famous faces to receive an invite, with The Repair Shop's Jay Blades, singer Lionel Richie, magician Dynamo and Stereophonics frontman Kelly Jones all on the guest list for the historic ceremony. Ant and Dec have been ambassadors of The Prince's Trust for more than 20 years and in 2016 the duo even fronted a TV special with Charles to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the youth charity.The Britain's Got Talent hosts have also fronted The Prince's Trust Awards ten times and are set to take to the stage again later this year to host this year's ceremony.
Other ambassadors due to attend Charles' Coronation include Edward Enninful, the editor of British Vogue. Graduates from The Prince's Trust International Programme are travelling from far and wide to attend the historic event.
Many celebrities will also be present at the Coronation Concert at Windsor Castle on Sunday 7 May, including Take That, Katy Perry, Freya Ridings and Andrea Bocelli, who are all due to perform at the event.
