According to parenting website The Bump, the origin of the name Stanley is British and means "stony meadow". "A name of British origin, Stanley is a boy’s name that means 'stony field'. It comes from the Old English words stan—'stone'—and leah—'clearing'—and refers to people who come from stony meadow," it says.
Amy shared the news she was going to announce her adorable little tot's name in one of her Instagram stories earlier in the day as she caught up with fans. "We will tell you his name today.
It's not me dragging it out trying to be like suspense," she began, holding her tot in her arms. "It's because we just love it so much and it's got so much meaning that we thought it deserved its own post," the star added. The star's friends and former Love Island co-stars took to the comments to share their joy for the sweet announcement, praising the name choice.
