It is currently in production in Manitoba and Ontario and will be available to stream on Paramount Plus in 2022.The series follow the triumphs, heartbreaks and tribulations of budding nurses and pilots flying air ambulances in remote Northern Canada.

The series takes place in the titular year and follows the Dutton family as they embark on a journey west through the Great Plains toward the last bastion of untamed America.

Reeves was known as the greatest frontier hero in American history and is also believed to be the inspiration for The Lone Ranger.
