Air fryers have undoubtedly become a main stay in many people's kitchens, including my own, in recent years, replacing traditional ovens as a quicker, cheaper, and easier cooking method. But as someone who is not a brilliant cook by any stretch of the imagination, I find it can get a bit repetitive, often opting for the usual chips, (vegetarian) sausages, burgers and the like far too often for my liking.
Luckily, there's cookbooks that are specifically made with air fryers in mind in order to avoid the daily monotony. The number 1 bestseller, which is currently number six on Amazon's book charts this week, is Bored of Lunch written by Nathan Anthony.
The cookbook normally retails for £20 but has been slashed by 50% to just £10 as part of Amazon's Spring Deal Days sale, which is running until Monday (Monday 25), as the Daily Record reports. Shoppers can also pick the book up at Argos, WH Smith and Waterstones, but they are all much more expensive than Amazon's £10 offering.

For an even cheaper option, a Kindle version costs just £7.99, but you will need a suitable device and Kindles start from £84.99. In addition, those who opt for a Kindle Unlimited subscription can access millions of titles for free.
Available on Amazon, Bored Of Lunch boasts 192 pages full of simple but healthy air fryer recipes. From enticing firecracker chicken and fish tacos to sweet treats like easy air-fryer doughnuts, there's something to suit all tastes - it was even named best for healthy air fryer recipes by BBC Good
