If you’re on the lookout for some chic workwear inspiration, look no further than Amanda Holden.
The presenter’s daily outfits at Heart FM always give us some major inspiration, and they’re almost always versatile enough to be worn to both the office and to go out in afterward. Amanda can often be snapped leaving the Heart FM offices in a chic, elegant work-ready look, and we’ve been coveting everything from her pencil skirts and blouses to her midi dresses and colourful co ords.
One of her latest looks that we can’t get enough of included an elegant Contrast Piping Satin Back Crepe Woven Blouse, £55.20 here (was £69), from Karen Millen paired with some black wide leg trousers which also had contrasting piping details. The white long sleeved blouse is the perfect staple to add to your spring wardrobe, with its lightweight satin crepe material being lightweight and breathable enough for those much-anticipated warmer days.
It’s also thin enough to be layered while we wait for the warmer weather, and can be worn underneath a chunky knit, waistcoat or sweater vest to give an extra layer. It has a round neck and long button-cuff sleeves that make it look smart enough to see you through major meetings, whilst the black contrasting trim along the hems gives it an elevated, luxe look.
The styling possibilities are truly endless, and you can copy Amanda’s exact look by pairing it with the Reiss Kylie Contrast Stitch Wide Leg Trousers, £178 here, and a pair of pointed white stiletto heels.
You could also pair it with another of Amanda’s go-to items, a pencil skirt, for a tailored, elegant look. We love this ASOS DESIGN Faux Leather Super High Waist Maxi Pencil Skirt With Seaming In Black, £45 here, which would add an edgy twist to
