It's been over two decades since Alicia Silverstone appeared in Batman & Robin, but she still remembers being body shamed by the media over her appearance in the film like it was yesterday. The 43-year-old actress looked back at that time during an interview with The Guardian published Saturday.  "That definitely wasn't my favorite film-making experience," Silverstone told the publication.

Getting real. Critics didn’t enjoy the 1997 Batman & Robin film — and Alicia Silverstone didn’t enjoy filming it, either. Two years after rising to fame in Clueless, Silverstone, 21 at the time, was cast in the movie alongside George Clooney, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Chris O’Donnell and Uma Thurman. Despite the stellar cast, the actress doesn’t have many good thoughts from that time of her life.
