After endless discussions about his shaky version of events, Alex Murdaugh is finally giving his testimony.
On Thursday, the disgraced South Carolina lawyer took to the stand to plead his case amid allegations he murdered his wife, Maggie, and son Paul on June 7, 2021. And while he’s far from finished answering questions, it’s already been a very revealing day in court!!

According to People, when the defense asked Alex if he had used a gun to “blow his son’s brain out” or to shoot his wife, he denied killing either of them, maintaining:

The father went on to discuss his connection with his late son, who was just 22 at the time of his death. Apparently, Alex had nicknamed Paul “Pau Pau” or “Pau Terry,” monikers many people used to refer to him. Describing the young man’s personality, he continued:
