Alec Baldwin is hitting back at a recent claim.

Santa Fe Police are now issuing a search warrant for Alec Baldwin’s iPhone in relation to the fatal “Rust” shooting.

Alec Baldwin's cell phone has been requested in a new search warrant released Thursday by the Santa Fe Sherrif's Department. The sheriff's department wants to search Baldwin's phone for any evidence relating to the death of Halyna Hutchins.

An attorney for “Rust” assistant director Dave Halls has addressed the tragic on-set shooting.

The attorney for Rust assistant director David Halls said that his client insisted that Alec Baldwin did not pull the trigger on the gun that discharged on the set of the movie, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injuring the movie’s director.

Hilaria Baldwin is showing her support for her husband Alec Baldwin. Hilaria, 37, has continually shown support for Baldwin in the weeks since the "Rust" shooting, which left cinematographer Halyna Hutchins dead.  She continued the trend with a new Instagram post on Wednesday.

Rust.On October 21 authorities said that Baldwin discharged a prop firearm on set at Bonanza Creed Ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Hutchins, 42, was airlifted to hospital but later died from her injuries.In a clip from an upcoming interview with George Stephanopoulos on ABC titled Alec Baldwin Unscripted, the actor claimed he never pulled the trigger.“The trigger wasn’t pulled,” Baldwin said in the clip.
