Al Pacino, 83, and his 29-year-old girlfriend, Noor Alfallah are still together. The couple was rumored to have broken up after The Blast reported that she had filed legal documents for the custody of their three-month-old son, Roman Alfallah Pacino. A representative for Pacino now claims the couple is still together, and that the two have mutually reached a custody agreement.

TMZ on Wednesday.Alfallah has indicated that she wants the “Scarface” actor to be a participant in all major decisions such as schooling and medical treatment. Additionally, she asked that Pacino pay for her legal fees and any other court-related costs.Included in Alfallah’s petition — which is reportedly common for unmarried couples who have children — was a Voluntary Declaration of Parentage (VDOP), which was signed by the couple six days prior to the birth of their son recognizing Pacino as the child’s biological father. According to the California Court system, the VDOP is a “government form two parents can sign to create a legal parent-child relationship between a child and parent.” Despite the filing, the couple are still together.

Hollywood legend Al Pacino is understood to have parted ways from his significantly younger girlfriend Noor Alfallah, just three months after the duo welcomed a baby together. According to The Blast, Noor, 29, has also filed documents in Los Angeles for full physical custody of their little boy, Roman Alfallah Pacino, but insisted that his 83 year old actor father will have "reasonable visitation".
