Adele has postponed all the March dates of her Las Vegas residency due to illness. The British singer apologised to fans in a social media post for the "inconvenience".
Explaining why she was forced to cancel several shows on her Weekends With Adele residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, the pop star said that she hasn't fully recovered from an illness and it has taken a toll on her voice.
Weekends with Adele is the first concert residency by the Grammy Award-winner. As part of it, she performs two shows every weekend, spanning some of her biggest hits including 'Hello', 'Hometown' Glory' and 'Rolling in the Deep'.

Addressing fans, Adele wrote: "I love you, I'll miss you like mad and I'm sorry for the inconvenience", before explaining why she has made the decision to post a series of upcoming shows.
The full pots read: "Sadly I have to take a beat and pause my Vegas residency. I was sick at the end of the last leg and all the way through the break. I hadn't quite gotten the chance to get back to full health before shows resumed and now I'm sick again and unfortunately it's all taken a toll on my voice.
"And so on Doctors orders I have no choice but to rest thoroughly. The remaining 5 weekends of this leg are being postponed to a later date. We are already working out the details and you will be sent the information asap.
"The postponed dates are: 1,2,8,9,15,16,22,23,23 & 30 March."
It is the second time the 'Set Fire to the Rain' singer has had to postpone Las Vegas residency dates. The beginning of the January 2022 residency was halted due to the pandemic and resumed from November 2022 until March 2023.
