Adam Lambert is weighing in on the recent string of inappropriate fan interactions during concerts.
The 41-year-old High Drama hitmaker opened up after Bebe Rexha had to get stitches because a phone was thrown at her from the audience. Days later, Ava Max was assaulted onstage.
He commented on the trend and how he would respond in a similar situation. Adam also revealed the wildest thing that a fan has thrown onstage at one of his shows.

During an appearance on the Elvis Duran Show on Thursday (June 22), Adam said that he wasn’t changing up his security to better protect himself. However, he was “ready to fight back.”
“I usually kick things off the stage,” he said. “Just because I’m like, ‘I’m gonna trip.’ I mean, that’s dangerous.”
He has a clear way to handle a situation like that, but it’s unclear if anything could have prepared him for what someone tossed at him during an American Idol tour.
“Someone threw a full 12-inch dildo at me,” he recalled. “A full 12 inches.”
He continued, saying, “They flung it, and it just kind of whop, whop, whop. And luckily it was aimed like low enough it didn’t hit me in the face, but it hit me, bounced on the floor once and then flopped there for a minute like a dead salmon.”
Adam said he was shocked when he saw what it was. “I kind of stopped for a second, and I was like ‘Ok, I have a mixed feeling of like horror, like anger that someone threw this heavy thing at me. Then this is hilarious,” he said.
How did he handle the situation? “I kicked it immediately back out in the audience, and I think I hit the woman that threw it,” he said.
