Key of K-pop veterans SHINee will return this month with his second solo album ‘Gasoline’.The record, dropping August 30, will be Key’s first solo release in nearly a year – since he dropped his solo mini-album ‘Bad Love’. As his second solo album, it’s the sequel to his debut full-length ‘Face’ which dropped in 2018.‘Gasoline’ will reportedly feature the title track ‘Gasoline’ and a total of 11 songs.

SM Entertainment has released a remastered version of the music video for SHINee’s debut single, ‘Replay’.‘Replay’ was initially released on May 22, 2008, as part of the boyband’s debut mini-album of the same name. Notably, the music video featured choreography by Japanese dancer Rino Nakasone and then-future f(x) member Victoria Song as the female love interest.The music video’s remaster and re-release is part of SM Entertainment’s “SM x YouTube Remastering Project”, which aims to reintroduce the history of K-pop given the genre’s widespread popularity today.The project will include remasters of music videos and tracks by past SM Entertainment acts, as well as remakes and covers of early K-pop hits by the agency’s current roster of artists.Prior to the remastered version of ‘Replay’, aespa released their rendition of S.E.S.’s 1998 hit ‘Dreams Come True.’ Their cover of the song was accompanied by a music video that combined the dreamy aesthetics from S.E.S.’s original music video with their own edgy, futuristic signature style.

SHINee leader and vocalist Onew has made his solo comeback with a playful video for ‘Dice’, the title track of his new mini-album of the same name.In the vibrant new visual, Onew exchanges longing looks with a woman in the window of an upscale hotel, before she is taken away by a masked man. He attempts to infiltrate the hotel, first as a prince and later as a bellboy to rescue her.

SHINee vocalist Onew is set to make his solo comeback next month.Earlier today (March 22), several South Korean news outlets reported that the K-pop idol is currently preparing to release new solo music sometime next month. This was later confirmed by SM Entertainment in a statement to MyDaily.“Onew is preparing his solo album with the goal of releasing it in April,” wrote the agency, which did not provide additional details on the release, as translated by Soompi.

SHINee’s Minho has announced that he will be releasing a new solo digital single later this month.Earlier today (December 14), Minho unveiled a series of teasers for his upcoming single, titled ‘Heartbreak’. The song will mark Minho’s second-ever solo release, following 2019’s ‘I’m Home’, which had been released as part of SM Entertainment’s SM Station project.According to the teasers for ‘Heartbreak’, the track is slated to arrive on December 21 at 6pm KST.
