Last week, it was revealed that Warner Bros. Discovery had shelved a nearly $90 million budgeted superhero film with “Batgirl.” The movie confused many as the film was mostly completed, and on the company’s earnings call back on Thursday, it was stated they would only release films they “believed in.”  Director Kevin Smith, who has worked on many comic book movies or TV projects, has thrown his own two cents into the controversial move.

The Flash actor was then charged with alleged felony burglary and issued a citation for arraignment in Vermont Superior Court on September 26.The arrest is the latest in a string of allegations and criminal charges brought against Miller this year.In March, the 29-year-old was arrested in Hawaii and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after allegedly becoming “agitated” and “yelling obscenities” at other people singing karaoke in a bar.The following month, the actor was again detained in Hawaii following an alleged incident of violence.

Discovery CEO David Zaslav said he is "very excited" for the upcoming film, which has a June 2023 release date. "We have seen ‘The Flash,’ ‘Black Adam’ and ‘Shazam 2,'" Zaslav said.  "We are very excited about them," he added.

The 29-year-old actor, who played Barry Allen aka the Flash in 2018’s 'Justice League' and the 2021 Zack Snyder cut, has faced a number of headline-making controversies in recent times. Just last month, it was reported that they will no longer face legal trouble in Germany after prosecutors reportedly dropped a trespassing investigation.

Social media is going wild this weekend after a newly-resurfaced video appears to show Ezra Miller allegedly threatening a young fan with a very unsettling joke (?!?!) comment about violence.

Variety edited the quotes it exclusively got from a woman about the incident where she was choked in Iceland by actor Ezra Miller, replacing her references to Miller as a male with Miller's "they/them" pronouns.  Miller, known for roles in the "Fantastic Beasts" franchise and for playing DC superhero "The Flash," was caught on film in the incident outside the Prikið Kaffihús bar in Reykjavik in April 2020, just as the coronavirus pandemic had swelled.  Variety included a quote from the woman, calling out the fact that she used incorrect pronouns to address Miller. Variety’s version of her quote is listed below.  "All of a sudden, [they’re] on top of me, choking me, still screaming in my face if I want to fight.

Ezra Miller is no longer facing legal trouble in Germany after prosecutors reportedly dropped a trespassing investigation. The star had been accused of refusing to leave the Berlin home of a woman named only as Zara after she invited them there one evening in February - with the woman alleging the star became verbally abusive and only left after she called the police. Variety.

As you may have seen, speculation spread on social media Thursday that Austin Butler and Ezra Miller got into a physical altercation at a pub in Tokyo, Japan, which ended with Miller supposedly being escorted out of the venue by police.

The woman recalls seeing wounds on Miller's sandal-clad feet, and the actor claiming the injuries were the result of a fight.The woman said she jokingly told Miller, «But just so you know, I could take you in a fight.» She claims Miller replied, «You really want to fight?» Thinking Miller was playing along, the woman told the actor to meet her in the smoking area outside in two minutes.She claims Miller initially took her remarks as a joke, but one of the woman's friends proceeded to instigate the situation, telling Miller that the actor didn't want to fight, and allegedly antagonizing him. «My friend didn’t have to say that… It was just a joke, obviously — but [Miller] took that literally and got super mad and came running outside.»This led to the incident, which was captured on video and made headlines, in which Miller is seen yelling at the woman outside the bar, «Do you wanna fight? Is that the deal?»The woman responds by putting her arms up as Miller approaches her and appears to grab her by the neck.
