Henson for the second year in a row, and features an impressive lineup of musicians putting on their best moves for their fans.The star-studded list includes Babyface, Chance The Rapper, Chlöe, Doechii, Ella Mai, Fireboy DML, GIVĒON, Jack Harlow, Joey Bada$$, Maverick City Music x Kirk Franklin, Latto, Lizzo, Muni Long, Roddy Ricch and more to be announced.Additionally, up-and-coming artists GoGo Morrow and OGI will be gracing the BET Amplified Stage, getting BET Music's stamp of approval on the next big thing in music.This year's list of nominees is also filled with familiar famous faces.

Roddy Ricch led a chant of “Fuck NYPD” during his performance at the Hot 97 Summer Jam in New Jersey, shortly after his release from custody over weapons charges.The rapper was arrested on Saturday (June 11) after allegedly attempting to enter Governors Ball festival in New York with a loaded firearm. Ricch was due to perform at the festival, and his set was cancelled on short notice due to the arrest, with fans who had gathered shown an onscreen message confirming it would not take place.Ricch was taken into custody alongside his driver and bodyguard, and charged with four counts of criminal possession of a weapon, possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device, and unlawful possession of that device.Per Rolling Stone, a spokesperson for the Queens District Attorney office has since confirmed those charges have been dismissed, with “no charges pending”.

Thania Garcia Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., better known by his stage name Roddy Ricch, was arrested Saturday before his scheduled Governors Ball performance for attempting to enter the festival with a loaded weapon.On his way into Citi Field, where the fest was being held, Moore’s vehicle was stopped at a security checkpoint where law enforcement officials found a loaded firearm inside his vehicle.As of early Sunday morning, Moore Jr. was still in custody but a source close to the rapper has confirmed to Variety that he has now been released.The New York police department told Variety that they responded to a call at approximately 6:20 p.m.
