She joins previously announced series lead Ewan McGregor as well as Moses Ingram, Joel Edgerton, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell and Benny Safdie.

Star Wars‘ upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series has confirmed its full cast list, as well as a production start date.The Disney+ show has already confirmed that Ewan McGregor will return as the Jedi master alongside Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader, both from the prequels.Disney has now confirmed a host of cast additions, including the previously-announced Indira Varma alongside Moses Ingram (The Queen’s Gambit), Kumail Nanjiani (Eternals), Rupert Friend (Homeland), O’Shea Jackson Jr.

After numerous delays and tons of fan speculation, it appears that Lucasfilm is ready to begin production on the long-awaited “Star Wars” live-action series, “Obi-Wan Kenobi.” And with production scheduled to begin in April, the studio is ready to pull back the curtain and unveil the ensemble cast that will help bring the prequel series to life.

Disney+ confirmed its cast for new Star Wars series Obi-Wan Kenobi and that includes Joel Edgerton returning to Star Wars — he played the young Uncle Owen of Luke Skywalker in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, as well as Moses Ingram, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell and Benny Safdie.
