Anthony Quinlan has confirmed his romance with Nikki Sanderson, revealing he slid into her DMs and took her on a date after 20 years of friendship. Former Emmderdale star Anthony, 37, has been friends with Hollyoaks actress Nikki, 38, for around 20 years.The pair have both appeared on Hollyoaks, but just missed each other on set as Anthony played Gilly Roach from 2005 to 2011 while Nikki joined to soap as Maxine Minniver in 2012.The pair's friendship has since turned into more – with Anthony gushing to OK! that he's "really happy".The couple were rumoured to have begun dating in January this year. Denise Welch enjoyed a reunion with some of her former Coronation Street co-stars as she shared a sweet post of them together. Taking to Instagram on Thursday evening, Denise, 63, was joined by ex colleagues Sally Dynevor, Angela Lonsdale, Nikki Sanderson and Jane Danson.
