Acting veteran Dick Van Dyke has reportedly been involved in a car accident.The actor, 97, was driving his Lexus in Malibu when his car is said to have skidded in the rain and he lost control of the vehicle. Reportedly he then crashed into a gate, leaving Dick with a bloodied nose and possible concussion. He was treated at he scene by paramedics, but wasn't sent to hospital for further evaluation, TMZ reports.

TMZ reported on the sad news, claiming the model "appeared to have jumped from a balcony", with police still investigating the incident. Their report read: "Our sources say the autopsy has been completed, but officials haven't yet officially ruled on the cause of death. "Jeff was a well-established model, boasting over 120,000 followers on Instagram and was repped by KLondon's AMCK models.
