Sasha Urban editorIndependent entertainment company AGBO is expanding its executive team with the additions of Scott Nemes as president of television, Rik Toulon as general counsel and Marian Koltai-Levine as president of marketing and communications.Founded by Anthony and Joe Russo and Mike Larocca, AGBO’s upcoming slate includes Netflix’s “Extraction 2” and the highly anticipated action thriller “The Gray Man,” as well as “Citadel,” from Amazon Prime Video. The studio was also behind the recent blockbuster hit “Everything Everywhere All At Once.” The new hires follow AGBO’s significant minority investment from gaming pioneer Nexon.“We are thrilled to welcome Scott, Rik, and Marian to our AGBO team,” said AGBO CEO Jason Bergsman.

As Netflix continues its push into potential franchise fare, we’re getting our first look at the Russo Brothers’ big-budget espionage thriller The Gray Man, starring Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans and Ana de Armas. The film based on Mark Greaney’s 10-book series will hit theaters on July 15 and start streaming on Netflix a week later. Check out the first-look photos above and below.

AGBO today announced that its second annual filmmaking competition, No Sleep ’til Film Fest, inviting filmmakers from all over the world to make a short film in just 48 hours, will take place from April 29th to May 1st.

“Sex Education” star Asa Butterfield and “Stranger Things” actress Natalia Dyer will star together in “All Fun and Games,” a high concept horror thriller produced by the Russo Brothers’ AGBO and producer and financier Anton. Ari Costa, who worked on both “Extraction” and “Avengers: Endgame,” will co-direct “All Fun and Games” with Eren Celeboglu in their directorial debut.

Asa Butterfield (Sex Education) and Natalia Dyer (Stranger Things) are leading the cast of All Fun And Games, a horror-thriller that will mark the feature directing debut of co-helmers Ari Costa and Eren Celeboglu.

AGBO, the production entity founded in 2017 by filmmakers Joe and Anthony Russo along with Mike Larocca, has sold a large minority stake to video game maker Nexon for $400 million.

On the heels of the successful Netflix debut of Chris Hemsworth action thriller Extraction, the film’s producers, filmmakers Anthony and Joe Russo, have hired a new CEO for their artist-led banner, AGBO. Jason Bergsman, a founding partner and executive vp at The Chernin Group known for his financial and investment-building acumen, has been hired as CEO and will lead the banner in strategy and business operations.
