Eddie Murphy will head the lineup at former comedian Byron Allen's upcoming Feeding America Comedy Festival, which will raise funds for the organization's network of food banks. The three-hour event will include pre-recorded comedy segments from Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Kevin Hart, Tiffany Haddish and Billy Crystal.
The U.S. Supreme Court issued a unanimous opinion Monday that sends the racial discrimination case filed by entrepreneur Byron Allen back to an appellate court with a stricter definition of the bias that Allen needs to prove in order for the lawsuit to proceed in federal court.
