Apple TV+ released a new trailer for its upcoming series Shrinking (above) ahead of its premiere on January 27. Shrinking follows a motley crew of characters dealing with grief and sadness through comedy, led by Harrison Ford and Jason Segel.

Apple TV+ is offering a first look at Shrinking, the new 10-episode comedy starring Harrison Ford and Jason Segel.

Brett Goldstein (Ted Lasso) and Bowen Yang (Saturday Night Live) are the newest additions to the cast of the animated Garfield film in the works from Alcon Entertainment. The actors join an ensemble led by Chris Pratt which also includes Samuel L. Jackson, Nicholas Hoult, Hannah Waddingham, Cecily Strong and Ving Rhames, as previously announced.

Hannah Waddingham loves to don “beautiful things”. The ‘Ted Lasso’ star adores wearing revealing gowns by big name designer brands such as Herve Leger and Elie Saab but attributes looking good in them to "hard-to-breathe" in control knickers. The 48-year-old actress told InStyle magazine: "Obviously I like to wear beautiful things, but first of all, there's a lot of Spanx — like hard-to-breathe Spanx — and second of all, I like [body-con] stuff because I have to wear those looks for quite a while, and with Herve [Leger], there isn't any boning! So, it's much more comfortable! .

Scanners is in development at HBO.The series is written and led by William Bridges, who won an Emmy for co-writing Black Mirror episode USS Callister. He also served as a writer on Stranger Things and created 2020 TV series Soulmates with Brett Goldstein (Ted Lasso).According to The Hollywood Reporter, Yann Demange, who helmed the pilot episode of Lovecraft Country and 2014 film ‘71, will direct and executive produce the series.

Ted Lasso fans soon will be able to take their devotion to a new level: The Emmy-laden Apple TV+ show — or, rather, its fictional English football club AFC Richmond — will be a playable team in EA Sports’ FIFA 23 video game.

Jason Sudeikis was honored for his humor at the 2022 Emmys when he walked away with the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for his work on, but there are two critics who don't think he's all that funny. The 46-year-old actor spoke to reporters backstage and shared what his and ex Olivia Wilde's 8-year-old son, Otis, and 5-year-old daughter, Daisy, think of his work.When asked if his kids think he's as funny as the rest of the world, Sudeikis turned to his castmates and asked, «Does anyone's kids think they're as funny?» Laughing, they all collectively agreed their children don't find them as humorous as the fans. «No, I don't know, they have a lot of notes, and it's mostly about structure» Sudeikis quipped.

Succession, Ted Lasso and The White Lotus were the victors in their respective drama, comedy and limited categories at this year’s Emmy Awards. In total, the trio bagged 12 awards at Monday’s ceremony, including the big prize in their respective fields.

On paper, there were no major surprises at the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards as all the winners were either considered clear front-runners or runners-up on most prediction lists. Still, the dominant showing for Apple TV+’s Ted Lasso probably qualifies as a surprise.

The future of Ted Lasso beyond season 3 has become a big source of speculation — at least among TV reporters. But Jason Sudeikis is not ready to say if they’re coming back for another year, no matter how happy he is that his Apple TV show just won another Emmy for Outstanding Comedy.

For the second year in a row, Apple’s hit series Ted Lasso has taken top honors at the Emmy Awards for Outstanding Comedy series for the show’s sophomore season.

Joe Otterson TV Reporter HBO roared back to the top of the Emmy Awards, with the premium cabler and its streaming counterpart, HBO Max, topping the total awards haul for 2022. HBO/HBO Max picked up 38 Emmys in total, doubling their 19 wins in 2021. HBO took home multiple awards in the limited series category thanks to “The White Lotus'” 10 wins, with Mike White winning for both best writing and directing. Those wins were coupled with “The White Lotus” stars Jennifer Coolidge and Murray Bartlett’s wins for best supporting actress and actor in a limited series. To close out the night, “The White Lotus” ultimately won best limited series while “Succession” won best drama series.

Ted Lasso‘s Brett Goldstein returned to the Emmy stage yet again this year claiming his second straight best supporting actor Emmy for his performance as Roy Kent. Goldstein also promised that he would try not to swear like the foul mouthed Kent, a promise he just couldn’t keep.

Brett Goldstein scores again! For the second consecutive year, the  star is victorious in the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series category.The 42-year-old actor, who plays Roy Kent on the Apple TV+ soccer comedy, took the stage and vowed he wouldn't swear during his acceptance speech like he did last year. He told the audience that because he did swear, his speech didn't air in the UK and his parents never saw it. With that in mind, he was thankful for the second chance.

AFC Richmond takes the Emmys! Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein and more Ted Lasso stars rocked the red carpet at the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards on Monday, September 12.

After Quinta Brunson made history by becoming the first Black woman to be nominated for comedy series, acting and writing categories in the same year, she would be only the second Black person ever to win as a producer in the comedy series. The first was Winifred Hervey for “The Golden Girls” back in 1987. Also, forecast to go along with the top category a win for writing (Brunson would be the third Black person after Larry Wilmore for “The Bernie Mac Show” in 2002 and Lena Waithe for “Master of None” in 2017) and Sheryl Lee Ralph in supporting actress (she would be the second Black woman to win the category after Jackee Harry for “227” in 1987).
