Bolton Wanderers made their first signing of the summer transfer window to get their business off to a flying start with the acquisition of Jack Iredale.

The Bolton Wanderers players who are out of contract this summer will find out if their futures are at the club or not at the start of May following the conclusion of the League One season.
Wanderers have two games left of their campaign, taking on Cheltenham Town on the road tomorrow before ending the campaign at home to Fleetwood Town on April 30.
The club will host its player of the year awards on Sunday, May 1, and it is the following day when Wanderers will conduct there player reviews of the season.

As part of this, all players will be told their state of play at the club, and those who are out of contract will discover if they are to be offered fresh terms or not then.
Wanderers have seven first-team players out of contract this summer, incuding Alex Baptiste, Andrew Tutte, Nathan Delfouneso, Liam Edwards, Liam Gordon, Adam Senior and Reiss Greenidge.
Greenidge is out on loan at Barnet and his Bolton career has essentially come to an end with the Bees having the option to make the move permanent this summer.
Delfouneso is currently out on loan at League Two Bradford City, with Edwards at non-league side Southport.
And Evatt believes there are some tough conversations to be had, but that it is all part of the game.
He said: “We’re going to have end of season player reviews for every player on the Monday following the last game of the season.Everyone will then be told as to where they’re at, whether you’re in contract, out of contract.
