Valerie James, the wife of Carry On star Sid James, has sadly passed away at the age of 93.The heartbreaking news was shared by her family on Monday as they took to social media to share the news alongside a touching black and white photo of the couple together. In a statement, they wrote: "In very sad news, Valerie James, lovely wife of Sid and a performer in her own right in her early days, has died aged 93. "Val and Sid’s family have given me their blessing to post this and I'm sure you will all join me in sending them the very best of wishes." No cause of death has yet been revealed.
