M8 in Glasgow, sparking heavy traffic on the busy motorway. The collision on the M8 eastbound, between Junction 24 and Junction 23, took place just after 4pm on Friday August 6.The incident blocked lanes two and three of the motorway, but has since been cleared.Traffic remains heavy in the area, and drivers are being urged to avoid the road and take an alternative route if possible.
