Appeals court officials have shot down Harvey Weinstein’s last-minute motion to move his rape trial out of New York City.

Eminem’s surprise album, Music to Be Murdered By, features the Shady Records boss reuniting with every member of Slaughterhouse on “I Will”—except for Joe Budden.
