Turnstile's promotional campaign behind 2021 album Glow On has taken them into the kind of territory that feels closed off to most of their peers in the hardcore scene. Their tour of late night shows reached a new level on Monday night when they brought an energetic "BLACKOUT" to Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show.
The TV spot had everything you'd want from a heavy band; namely big riffs and some funky dance moves. Check it out above.
For those craving even more Turnstile content there is also the band's new interview with Nardwuar. They have a bit of a history together, something both sides highlighted by exchanging the same framed copy of a photo of their last meeting.
They hung out at SXSW in 2016 when they both went to see Sheer Mag play. Naturally, more well-researched Nardwuar gifts followed with bassist Franz Lyons receiving a Bad Brains bobblehead and frontman Brendan Yates taking home a vinyl copy of the soundtrack to 1986 Art Garfunkel movie Good To Go.
