A man from Wythenshawe has completed the massive achievement of cycling just under 1200 miles across 11 countries in just over two weeks.

More Welsh is heard in a small market town in England than in some places in Wales, according to locals.
Places like Liverpool and Hereford were once hotbeds of Welsh tradition, but not so much in the modern age, with once-strong Welsh identities and communities diluted over the years. One place that bucks this trend is the town of Oswestry, Wales Online reports.
The market town, known for its street markets and independent shops, sits just over the border and still has Welsh churches, a thriving Welsh language bookshop and the only Cylch Meithrin - Welsh language nursery - outside of Wales.

Plans are in place to increase the provision of Welsh language education on the English side of the border, with Oswestry seen as a key area for expansion of Cymraeg. Pete Roberts, a Powys councillor, said: "I hope one of the opportunities that this brings is a chance to work with our colleagues in Shropshire and other counties along the border to actually extend the ability for those families to participate in Welsh medium education."
Lowri Roberts runs a Welsh shop, Siop Cwlwm, in the heart of Oswestry. She told North Wales Live: "Customers tell me that they hear more Welsh spoken in Oswestry than they do in places such as Wrexham or Welshpool.
"The shop started in 2010, me and my mother opened it. In those days you had to go to Bala or Wrexham to buy Welsh products. We started in the market initially and online, now it's grown organically since then.
