A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a teenage boy died following a stabbing in north Manchester.

Police are becoming increasingly concerned about a missing man last seen in Blackley on Monday afternoon (June 6). David, who's surname is not known, was last seen walking towards Middleton.
The 77-year-old, from Littleborough, was spotted walking on Rochdale Road, walking past the Texaco petrol station at around 3.45pm on Monday. He had been visiting North Manchester General Hospital but had become agitated and then walked off, police said.
Police have said enquiries have suggested he was trying to make his way back to Littleborough but may have become confused due to his dementia. They added they are becoming 'increasingly concerned' as they now appeal to the public for help.

In a post on Monday afternoon, which was shared hundreds of times, Greater Manchester Police urged anyone with information to come forward as enquiries continue. He is described as being slim with grey hair, last seen in a blue insulated jacket and dark trousers and black shoes.
The post read: "David, 77, was last seen on Rochdale Road, Blackley, walking past the Texaco petrol station heading towards Middleton at around 3:45pm Monday 6 June 2022.
"David is of slim build, 5ft 2in tall and has grey hair. He was last seen wearing a blue, insulated jacket, dark trousers and black shoes. He had been visiting North Manchester General Hospital but became agitated and walked off.
"Enquiries suggest he is trying to make his way back to Littleborough but may be confused due to dementia. Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about David and want to make sure he is safe and well."
