What is it that they say? That when it comes to comfort food, you can't beat a bit of Carb on Carb action?
Well one Scots Twitter user has got people debating the merits of one of life's most simple pleasures, the crisp sandwich.
Lathering up two slices of bread (or even better, a morning roll) with butter then adding your favourite crisps as your filling is enough to get anyone's mouth salivating.
However, not everyone is a fan and Scottish Twitter user Darren Menzies (@Ken_luvs_Babs) brought the debate to the social media site recently by asking "Aye or naw?"
He's since had thousands of responses as people debated the merits of this popular snack, with many describing it as "underrated" and the "ultimate snack".
One person posted: "This shouldn't even be a debate. The best bags of crisps are the ones you can fit a whole packet on one roll."
While @HighlandScouse joked: "Crisp butty, and crisp piece both acceptable. Crisp sandwich no, too posh."
"Absolutely," added @ThonJacobite. "Plenty butter, loadsa crisps aw squashed oan. Braw."
Everything was discussed from the style of crips, to whether you should use butter and even the type of bread.
One person responded: "Yes, but with proper crisps, no wotsits or other puffed up articles."
"Salt n vinegar on white bread," pitched in another. "Cheese if I'm going gourmet."
Another added: "Cannae beat a piece on crisps eh, but it’s just got to be on Plain Bread."
Others were getting a bit creative with their suggestions.
Fellow user @sandy suggested: "Tayto beef & onion on Polish sourdough with caramelized red onion chutney and cheddar."
Others suggested other toppings with everything from salad cream and cheese to marmite and brown sauce.
One follower might have gone a bit too far though
