Katcy Stephan Season 3 of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” has already started off with a bang, and its cast promises things won’t be slowing down anytime soon.  At BravoCon, stars Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Whitney Rose and Heather Gay spoke with Variety about the season’s biggest drama so far and what fans can expect in the coming episodes.  Jen Shah, who pleaded guilty in July on criminal fraud charges stemming from an alleged telemarketing scheme, did not participate in the convention.  Two duos emerged on the red carpet: Rose/Barlow and Marks/Gay. The ladies, who have already had explosive fights, declined to comment on their current friendship status, but insisted that their red carpet pairings spoke volumes about the state of things.

An Ohio cosplayer pleaded guilty Wednesday to planting a bomb at a perceived romantic rival’s house in Maryland, which nearly killed the recipient and caused more than $45,000 in damage to the home. Clayton Alexander McCoy, a 32-year-old registered sex offender who lived with his mother, drove more than 350 miles on Oct. 30, 2020 in order to plant a package bomb on the victim’s front porch, according to a federal criminal complaint.

EJ Panaligan editor Cuba Gooding Jr. will receive no jail time for his forcible touching case, after it was resolved Thursday in New York City, according to the Associated Press. He previously pleaded guilty to one count of forcible touching in April in a criminal case that placed accusations upon him for violating three different women in Manhattan nightclubs between 2018 and 2019. The actor has complied with the terms of a conditional plea agreement that was reached earlier in the year, with prosecutor Coleen Balbert indicating that Gooding has remained out of trouble and completed six months of alcohol and behavior modification counseling. Fulfilling these terms allowed him to withdraw his misdemeanor plea, and instead plead guilty to a harassment violation. He will not have a criminal record as a result.

Cuba Gooding, Jr. will not face jail time for the forcible touching case against him in New York City after pleading guilty to a lesser charge. Prosecutors say Gooding completed six months of alcohol and behavioral counseling, allowing them to change his previous misdemeanor plea to a noncriminal violation. The 54-year-old star pleaded guilty back in April to the misdemeanor charge for forcibly kissing a nightclub worker back in 2018. It's just one of dozens of accusations against the Oscar winner that came to light in the #MeToo era.  Claudia Oshry Details Alleged Cuba Gooding Jr.

The former mayor of Beaverton, Oregon, pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to illegally possessing child pornography, according to a Department of Justice news release.  Dennis "Denny" Doyle, 73, waived indictment and pleaded guilty to a single count of possession of child pornography. Between November 2014 and December 2015, Doyle knowingly and unlawfully possessed digital media containing child pornography. A Southern California doctor has pleaded guilty to writing prescriptions for more than 120,000 opioid pills over a six-year span, including to an impaired driver who struck and killed a bicyclist, federal prosecutors said. In his plea agreement, Dr. Dzung Ahn Pham of Tustin admitted distributing the pills without a legitimate medical purpose in exchange for cash and insurance payments.
