Police have closed a road as emergency services deal with an incident.
Greater Manchester Police say they have closed off the A627 King Street in Dukinfield between Boyd's Walk and Thorncliffe Avenue.
Pictures from the scene show police and ambulance working in the street.
A police spokesman said: "The area has been taped off as a precautionary measure."
