HOLLYWOOD – In a tweet Tuesday Los Angeles City Councilman Mitch O’Farrell confirmed that the Hollywood Division of the LAPD was investigating an alleged hate incident that was recorded on a mobile phone and posted to Instagram.
The Instagram video showed two groups engaged in what appeared to be a street brawl between three Trans women of color and a mixed group of other individuals who at one point threw an electric scooter at one of the women.
