Warrington is the place to be for live music this weekend - with some of the biggest names in rock heading to the town's Victoria Park for the return of the Neighbourhood Weekender Festival. Manc rock idols The Courteeners and Blossoms will join the likes of Manic Street Preachers, Kasabian, Becky Hill and DMA's on a packed bill of live music across Saturday and Sunday.
The two-day festival is almost completely sold out, with thousands set to pack into the Cheshire town for the weekend of live music. Acts will be split across three stages, including the Viola Beach stage in memory of the tragic Warrington indie band who died in 2016.
Returning to the Neighbourhood festival site is Cornershop, providing great music from local DJs, as well as the much loved The NBHD Inn with its karaoke and infamous pub quiz. However, music is not all that’s on offer this year, with local concession stands and a hub of food to enjoy throughout the weekend.
