Missguided went into administration at the end of May and now administrators have revealed what will happen to returns.The Manchester-based fashion brand fell into administration last month after accumulating millions of pounds in debts to creditors.The fashion brand called in Teneo Financial Advisory on Monday 30 May to sell its business and assets after clothing supplier JSK Fashions issued a winding-up petition on 10 May. On 1 June, Sports Direct owner Frasers Group, bought Missguided and its menswear brand Mennace for £20m.The new owner is expecting to take over both fashion brands in August.
On 14 June it was confirmed by Frasers that it plans to rehire Missguided founder Nitin Passi as the company’s chief executive. What should I do if I have items to return? Teneo has now told shoppers that it will not be able to issue refunds as part of the insolvency process.
