Scots singer Michelle McManus has revealed that she has given birth to her second child.
The 41-year-old welcomed a baby boy with her husband Jeff and shared the news in a sweet Instagram post.
Michelle, who already has a son Harry who was born in February 2020, said she wasn't sure how any month in 2022 would top this one.
The couple named their baby boy Nicholas Peter Nimmon.
In the post, the star wrote: "Goodbye January 2022 although I don’t know how any other month this year could possibly top you as you’re the month we welcomed the newest addition to our family Please say hello to Nicholas Peter Nimmo. You are so perfect in every way and we’re just so madly in love with you. Thank you for completing our family and our world. Love Mummy, Daddy and Harry #love#family#newarrival#babyboy#babybrother."
And many of her followers sent kind messages following her announcement.
One wrote: "Congrats and massive love to all your gorgeous family."
Another added: "Aww Michelle he’s a wee beaut!! Sending love to you and the fam!"
While one said: "Congratulations to you all , he is gorgeous."
And another added: "Congratulations he's beautiful! And congratulations to Harry on becoming a big brother!!!xx."
At Christmas time, Michelle revealed that she had caught covid whilst pregnant and shared a picture positive lateral flow test.
She captioned the post: "Not quite the Christmas present I was hoping for but thankfully me & bump are now feeling a bit better.
"So very grateful that I had been double vaccinated.
"Thank you to our incredible @nhsggc & all those responsible for the brilliant vaccine roll out across Scotland #covid#covidpositive#pregnancy#vaccination."
